Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in Dallas and Mississippi based on availability. Dallas is the primary pickup location. You will be contacted with pickup details once your order is ready.

Delivery Responsibility
Once your package is shipped and marked as delivered, it is no longer in our control. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted.
If a package is returned to us, we will offer a reshipment or refund only if the issue was due to an error on our end.

Product Care
Proper maintenance is required to maintain the quality of your hair. We are not responsible for damage due to improper care, coloring, or excessive heat.
